Apologies if i am asking in the wrong section but this question is about Great Auclum as it is also about Ken Miles. I know i have a big thread about Ken Miles going but it might get missed.
Here goe`s, would anyone have the entrants list for the event on july 28th 1951. I would like to know who entered the Alfa Romeo for Ken Miles. Art Evan,s book states Miles was 5th in class 2. I would love to see a picture of the car and what type of Alfa etc.
Thanks, Paul

I don't know, but I probably know a man who does and I'll ask him if nobody else posts the answers here.
From Motor Sport I deduce that Class 2 was for Sports cars 1300-1800cc u/s and up to 1300 cc s/c but only the first three in each class are shown.

Autosport confirms the class fifth, but of course describes the car only as an Alfa Romeo
No doubt a 6C-1500 or 1750
A Oakes-Richards (Alfa Romeo) was sixth in class - perhaps they shared a car?

Thank you RAP, now my next mission is to find a picture of Miles in the car. Do you think the car is a 6C-1500?
