Let's have some fun, who will do this this year? I've made rookies and champions polls, I think it is appropriate... and prevents everybody from voting Petrov;)

Not voted yet but I predict a clear win for Hamilton in this poll.

Interesting - not so clear. Of MUCH more interest in the current polarised rookie vote, and I wonder whether this is due to the positive or negative regard in which the current winner is held.

It certainly can be treated as a compliment. Or can't it?

Maldonado will probably bin it during practice, but I have a feeling that he will be on the podium on Sunday afternoon.

He needs to become a champ first - then he can think about the Champion's Wall.

He can chose from tyre barriers or gravel for now if he is desperate :)

Hamilton/Maldonado

The wall will turn in to early on Lewis, Pastor will just drive into it.

The wall will turn in too early on Lewis

Mika Salo was commentator for Finnish TV in 2005 and said back then:

Button had no right to drive into that wall, that was the wall reserved for world champions.

Incidentally, he won the title four years later...

Montoya, Liuzzi and Kobayashi have been victims in last few years in Canada.

I've got a feeling about Maldonado hitting it this year for some reason. My instincts say it will be either him or Perez, but for some reason I think Maldonado is more likely to hit it.

For champions, I picked Hamilton, because Alonso's already hit it once and now it's his counterpart's turn. :p

Hence, why he's not a rookie and shouldn't be up there?

The guy had a full season in 2005, soon enough we'll only allow WDC's to be considered non-rookies!

Anyway, I voted Maldonado and Hamilton. They're the most error prone this season.

My first thought was Maldonado, even though Karthakayens name is up there, like yourself, just a feeling.

Best time if he's gonna do it once over the weekend (or in his career), FP1...didn't hurt him in Turkey or wherever it was he smashed it last

Better now than later, always assuming he doesn't do it again later, I was wrong, so far.
