How do I expand forum post replies?

For some reason the view I see of the forum has changed. So when I now click on a forum topic I can see the first post , but all replies are in linked folders and I have to click on each one to see the content.

I've had a look in my control panel but can't see an obvious setting to change this back

Click on the 'Options' button on the right of the thread title bar, and then 'Standard' display mode. All should then be well.
