Sorry to hear that. Eerily, not five minutes ago I sold a copy of his book, The Anatomy & Development of the Formula One Racing Prix Racing Car From 1975.

I got to know Sal when he showed up in CART.
One of the nicest people to ever grace a racing paddock. He taught me a lot about race cars, always with a great sense of humor.
Too young he was. Very sad news.
