That's interesting, I always thought the Rotax twins had the carbs on the left hand side.

I 'spoke' to Spen on another forum in December .... "Lea isn't racing at the moment, he crashed in Ulster and broke his neck, slow recovery taking place......."

Zwartkops...great little track just up the road from Kyalami..Great race between Phil Read Mick Grant Les Van Breda and Peter Labuschagne.I think Les won all the heats,but Labuschagne on the G50 was a hero hanging on to these three Suzuki,s and leading most the way...Was amazed that Phil Read was still prepared to ride as hard as he did.

Do you have any pics of my mate Stephen Harvey? He raced at Jehonville around this time on a vintage Norton and also on a TZ 350.

Stephen is the nephew of Jim Harvey, I know he looks in on the forum from time to time, where ista Stevie? :p

I have only just found this but here's a couple of pic's of me at Jehonville in 1998. As regards to the meeting in 2000 I have no pics but all I can say it's not a nice place to fall off. 36 hours in a coma, 8 days of no memory and then 2 years to recover. That's the TZ for you, left hand cylinder lock up.

Nice to see you out and about Stephen, what have you got planned for the coming season? I'm planning to have a few outings on a TZ A t/shock and a trick YPVS, nothing too ambitious though.
