Just a general reminder, peeps, you need to clear out your TNF Personal Messages folders occasionally. Otherwise you can't receive any more messages. This is aimed at one person in particular but no names....
A good tip certainly, but 'one person in particular' is clearly a lot more popular than I am, but then, maybe most of you are...
I do clear out my messages occasionally, but I currently have about 260 in there, and still it's only 25% full.

So I wonder why my note on the page says, 'Messenger Full!'?
Anyway, it should be no problem, I give my e.mail address instead.

So if someone wants to reach you but doesn't - for whatever reason - want to disclose their email address, they can't contact you?
Well, they could let you know on the forum that your box was full and needed emptying?

I much prefer e.mails anyway.

You do...
Yes I've experienced that once or twice, but wonder if the thwarted sender is named in the notification the member with an overflowing mailbox receives. Possibly one or two TNFs just don't want to be contacted in this way, it seems to take an awful lot of received & sent messages to fill a mailbox.

You do get notified who it is wants to contact, but if they don't want to e.mail they'll have a problem. If they really want to get in touch and don't want to reveal their regular e.mail, they can set up a hotmail or gmail account, or one of the many other freebies there are out there for the purpose.
