Dont know if he still races today but he was a few years back Pete Northover , Mini to FF2000, HSCC FF2000 last i saw him.

on his was to third place in race 1 and
a win in race 2 at Castle Combe back in May

In the US Dave Weitzenhoff has been racing open-wheel cars since around 1968. He's a seven-time SCCA National Champion and now competes in the Formula 2000 Championship Series.
There are also lots of local circle-track racers whose careers span many many years.
