Taken at the TT around the 1930's the admin over on iomtt.com are trying to identify this fella, two possible names have come up so far, these are NSU rider Tommy Bullas, or Chris Tattershall who built the CTS for the 34 TT, any ideas?

So they had both TT sites guessing then Renn
It looks like they've settled for Tommy Bullas in the end, I thought it was worth a punt on here with the huge collective knowledge within the forum.

Here are 3 photos of Tom Bullus. Could be him, maybe, but I'm not 100% convinced. Maybe he had a heavy night.
