Among the electronic driving aids used around 1993 F1 was "power braking" by Mclaren. have you got idea what this feature does? (I suppose that this is not a case of "hydraulic brake")

twin brake set up to aid turning and banned
McLaren's fiddle brake system was used (and banned) in 1998. The 1993 system would have to be something different. I don't know what that would be, though.

Just normal servo assistance, generated hydraulically not with vacuum.
