I doubt there's confusion by the OP on both McLaren and Lotus, so I guess the link is purely with the engines. Are those engine makes or are you confusing McLaren with Mercedes?

But not Sauber anymore.Kimi's sober.
Posted 25 June 2012 - 23:19
Also kinda funny that, taking the Mercedes/Mclaren thing, all three drivers have driven for all three teams on the podium; Schumacher at Benetton, Alonso at Renault, Raikkonen at Lotus; Alonso & Raikkonen at Mclaren, Schumacher at Mercedes; and all three at Ferrari.

did alonso grow taller?
kimi and schumi were clearly taller than him in 2005, but their height difference has shrunk significantly in 2012!
Posted 26 June 2012 - 07:48
I guess we could have said if there had been Vettel instead of Raikkonen.I'm taking it that must be the most successful podium based on what they've already acheived?

Or all of them won the WDC in Renault. All of them had Andrea Stella as race engineer.
All of them had Massa as teammate.
All of them drive/drove for Ferrari.
Let's hope that at the end of the season we can say that all of them won a WDC with Ferrari

I guess we could have said if there had been Vettel instead of Raikkonen.
And as far as I can see, the only sponsor/partner stayed in Formula 1 is Shell. At least on overalls.

My initial feeling is that it has Schumacher first and Barrichello second.I challenge anyone to name the most repeated over F1 podium (order counts - who is first, second and third).

based on the boring years of the early 2000's, most probably Schumacher, Barrichello, someone.I challenge anyone to name the most repeated over F1 podium (order counts - who is first, second and third).

they had 3 1-2s with Button, 3 with Montoya, 2 or 3 with Alonso/DC/Ralf, but my 'research' was sloppy, I didn't really care, so maybe correct.I don't think Barrichello finished second that often!

I'm afraid you didn't get the joke, sir.You keep fixing you own post. But you forgot to change Mercedes for McLaren.
