Are Red Bull cheating again?

The last thing I want is accusing somebody without a reasonable cause, but the following capture discloses Red Bull may use the off-thorrle blowing again very-very intesively. Under braking there is the sound of the off-thottle mode again like last year. Since Red Bull were dominant in Bahrain and Valencia, although they don't have a good top-speed which is a require at these circuits, they should find load of time under braking, which is a real evidence that they have managed to find a loophole in the engine map's regulation again.

If they carry on doing it and showing the pace set at Valencia, Vettel will walk away with the title again.

I assume that RB is completely on the edge, but is inside the FIA reg.

I just want to ask some of you if Red Bull Racing respects RRA, or taking this attitude to look side ways as they are out of FOTA.
