London Olympic Stadium?

So how would you do this for F1?

Put a high speed braking zone leading into a dogleg, curve around the farthest edge to where the track comes in, hairpin, into a straight leading back out (under the big curve)?

How fast could an F1 car get up to coming off a dogleg, into a sweeping curve that took up at least 1 half the circumference of the inside of the stadium?
