No one makes a kit for this (that I know of) so using a Monogram Kurtis Kraft kit that are readily and cheaply available I modified it to become the Bardhal Special.
The final results. I don't like the exhaust. I had to fabricate it from copper wire and it looks too big, but I decided to leave well enough alone. And period correct wheels are available for these conversions, but didn't want to spring the extra cash for them and just used the wheels that came with the kit. My first attempt at modifying a kit, so it's not perfect, but I was pleased with the results.
