It's Trucks and Cup. There's some Mexican fella in the truck race, driving a Kyle Busch Motorsports entry.

Tune in Sched: http://www.nascar.com/races/tune_in/

What's fred's and why is it important to keep it lower case?

I'm afraid that I'll miss the Truck race due to work, but I'll be here in spirit.

It's Trucks and Cup. There's some Mexican fella in the truck race, driving a Kyle Busch Motorsports entry.

That's Germán Quiroga: three time NASCAR Corona Series champion and 2004 Mexican Formula Renault champion. He'll be in the 51 at Texas, Phoenix, and Homestead as well.

Allmendinger hanging in the Dega garage trying to find a ride.

Aargh! I will be missing all races this weekend.

Have to leave early in the morning and be on a set somewhere way out in New Jersey for 2 days.

Which means I will also miss Actor Kevin James as the hilarious Grand Marshal. Lame.

Truck race this afternoon.

Checking in but I guess it doesn't actually start for a while yet.

IS that heavy rain or just dark clouds in the distance?

Definitely looks like bright and sunny conditions in the actual infield.

Trucks are rolling! the one that is VIP 2 as well as the first row of seats are OK. The VIP is better.

Go Piquet!

Really? What does it mean because I didn't get it at all. Is that Southpark because I have never watched that show.

It's the image used for the "AAAAAND IT'S GONE" meme.

I've never seen the episode in question.

Me neither, no South Park or family Guy around this house.
Pretty funny though how some TV shows start their own memes.
My wife still pulls out the fake fake fakefake meme from Seinfeld whenever WWMkII sees a nice pair of aftermarket equipment rolling by in a bikini and they catch his eye.
two hours til F1 and I hoping I don't go lights out....

What's up, guys? A little disappointed that the game starts over an hour later than I expected (aren't east coast races supposed to start at 1:16 pm Eastern?). Gonna watch the Redskins try to give the Falcons trouble for a bit.

Well, looks like I'll catch the start of the semi annual crapshoot, but the wife is doing a gem and mineral show up in Joshua tree so I have to go and retrieve her a few laps in.

Goody Goody, move rocks...I keep telling her I'd prefer her dealing in stuffed animals or something lighter...

Sponsored by Chef Boyardee today are we?

I used to live on Mini Ravioli as a kid.

It was a big deal when I could mentally finally deal with the full size ravioli when I was in high school.

I know the feeling. Some people think you've truly grown up when your signature becomes what it will always be for the rest of your life. I say you become a man the day you kill a whole plate of full-sized ravioli on your own.

Plate?

I STILL eat out of a bowl, with a spoon. Who wants to chase those raviolis around a plate? Not to mention wasting all that sauce? You gotta scoop it out with a spoon, son. Those raviolis are fragile. Sometimes they break and there are pieces of them, little strips of dough, pieces of meat.

Sometimes the best bite of all is that last or second-to-last spoonful of sauce and pieces you scoop up after all the whole raviolis are gone.

Be careful, though. Don't get greedy. You can fit multiple mini raviolis in a spoonful. But don't try that with the full sized raviolis, it's not going to go well for you.

Wise advice for any young Racing Commenters out there. You wouldn't be the first man humbled by the ravioli.

Is that our topic for the day when the action gets boring then? Favorite pastas? I'll tell you I've had a hard time finding pasta on this planet that I don't like, and have on several occasions attempted to sell my soul for lasagna.

There's so little to clean up when you eat the ravioli straight from the can or from one of those little microwaveable bowls it comes in... even better when you use a plastic fork.

I got in at lunch on Friday to do an embassy appointment and take my little sister(who goes to American U) to the National Zoo. Then my dad flew in Saturday morning and we drove up to Harrisburg to see my Uncle. Then back this morning. 48 hours plus/minus a few minutes.

I saw Air Force One, Marine One, and may have done a triple digit mph in a Fiat 500.

Reporting for duty here too
VIP stream seems rather hopeless at the moment, 2sec on, 2sec pause... racebuddy looking a touch better but not great, but as they've not even bothered with Denny, just the usual suspects, i guess that doesnt matter. I think they could retire and we'd still get a live feed of whatever they're driving sat in a driveway somewhere ;)

You know, that may just be the way to go, especially now that the cans have the pull tabs. It's like an MRE.
