Not too impressed with Kenseth barging Bowyer out of the way

They did catch him. Kenseth was being pushed pass him on the top lane and Waltrip was coming from the bottom.Harsh on Stewart, they wouldn't of caught him.
Sitting duck.

Watch the replay, his car is a blue one veering left at the bottom, I was certain he was a wonded car. It sure didn't help that the other Dodge was blue as well this weekend.I really want to see how Keselowski saved it to finish 7th
As for smokey. He probably got in his head he would win so he charged to the front, obviously once he got alone in there he reaslised he needed a free push, but he was weaving too much, tho I suspect the car behind didn't exactly made things easier.

Did he say that verbatim? Tony is der Mann!Whelp. Looks like I have a new quote for my sig. Check it out.
Was writing the name Waltrip when all hell broke loose. Watching on racebuddy only saw clouds of dust settling down, on the #14's burst cam. In stasis since then. Didn't know if I should still post Waltrip's name. Thought Kurt was still in with a shot at winning.
Final report. Stay aware and alert.

Yup--that's a word-for-word quote. This day has been historic in a number of ways.

Well, off to another other. Next race, I understand, is on Saturday night at Charlotte. May see you all then. Thanks to all for the good company today.

Ugly finish. The worst kind of racing in nascar. Please make this race 5 laps next year.
I tend to agree. I hate the plate races just for what we saw at the finish. It's not a race, its a demolition derby. But did you hear the fans at the end of the race? Those drunken heathens (I normally don't insult fans but Dega fans are a different breed of folks) loved it so that's why NASCAR did all it could to go back to the pack. But at least its just 4 races a year. You just learn to expect it. I don't like it one bit, I just gut it out and wait till next week.
Also, that was jerk move by Kenseth the lap prior to the wreck. He comes all the way down the track to not just block Bowyer, but send him off the track. Any other racing series in the world and he'd be penalized. NASCAR tolerates it which is their choice, I'm fine with that, but its still reckless.
And unless one, probably both, finish in the 30s within the next week or so, it looks like The Chase is a race between the 2 and 48. Bummer.

Wtf. Tony charming, taking responsibility, answering questions.
My thoughts exactly seeing the interview - kid caught in the cookie jar, loses the attitude as a result...
Absurd that this constitutes 10 percent of the championship.
As mentioned good result for BK getting through 2 potential accidents. He seems to have that knack for maximizing finish potential which will be key to beat Johnson.
And....if an Earnhardt had made Kenseth's save and then won, how many times would we see it in specials on Speed over the next 30 years?

Tony was gracious but he would have been bashing everyone and everything if it wasn't his fault.
I thought Ganassi might have a good day today.
Incredible that Waltrip had a real chance to win, this style of racing does take a certain skill.
Surprised JJ rode home on Jr., I thought you were required to take the ambulance to the medical center.
Some empty grandstands but still a pretty huge crowd.
I need to do some good deeds because the last two people I want to win the Chase are Beavis and JJ and they are 1-2.

That was some sight at the end of the race when they came through that corner 4 wide.
Surprised JJ rode home on Jr., I thought you were required to take the ambulance to the medical center.
Agreed on the first. That was an incredible sight, four lines of 8+ cars each, four abread streaming through the corners was cool.
I don't think there were enough ambulances! Weren't there 20 cars involved?

Marcos looked like he was on for a good result until....
Where was Montoya? Was he involved. I don't think I saw him in there.
