He was robbed of more than 1 podium during his comeback. It was only justice he took a podium finally.
Well said, only someone truly blinkered would not see that.

If anyone really thinks he still belongs to F1 as competitive as ever as his PR speak says I could just add farewell Dick Dastardly... The dirtiest driver in F1 will never be forgotten, will he?

Getting to the end of the race is kind of important in racing. Some might even suggest it is an essential part of it.In a race where 10 faster cars ahead of him did not finish due to crashes or mechanical failures, so nothing to be proud of.

People are calling it "retirement" but in truth Mercedes dropped him.

The music stopped and someone had no place to sit.
I was wondering if Schumacher's fans constantly slagging the car had something to do with Mercedes-Benz choosing Hamilton over Schumacher. Mercedes-Benz are in F1 for promotion and technical development, it follows that having the fans slagging the car all the time would not be all that good for promotion of the brand. Perhaps Schumacher's fans zeal actually harmed Schumacher's chance of getting a ride with Mercedes-Benz for 2013.

Maybe they should have technically developed their car then.

Wauw, a sensible post from youMuch to Schumacher's credit I cannot recall one time where he tried to lay blame for performance problems at the feet of the people in the team. He was very classy that way. When asked, he would tend to focus on moving forward and improving and doing whatever it took to get the agenda moved in the correct direction as opposed to dwelling on problems in the past.
His fans should not give up hope of a Schumacher victory this year, Rosberg did it so there is no reason that Schumacher could not capitalize on favorable circumstances just as Rosberg did in China. I am 100% sure that Schumacher's last races will be some of his best.

Wow!
You just proved to the entire racing world (and beyond) that you know nothing about Michael Schumacher.

Rosberg has never been particularly fast IMO (we'll see if he bodes well against Hamilton next year) and still owned Schumacher easily most of the times.

Schumacher still is the 2nd richest sportsman in the history of sports. He's being estimated around 800-900 million dollars. You made yourself look pretty stupid there.I think Michael made a mistake by coming back since he couldn't motivate as he did before. It was clear early on. Rosberg has never been particularly fast IMO (we'll see if he bodes well against Hamilton next year) and still owned Schumacher easily most of the times. I guess Schumacher was bored in his retirement (/needed the money???) and thought going back to F1 would be revitalizing... just to find out his mind was not really that much into it any more, it was not what he expected and he didn't feel it like he used to, didn't have by light years the same driving tool. A mistake but not that serious.
