No less than EIGHT French-owned Bugattis came to Malta for the Mdina Grand Prix this weekend. Today they were present at a hill climb, organised specifically for the weekend competitors.

Guess this is just a demo-not an actual race? Beautiful photos any way.I have never been to Malta and never heard of this event before-if we can get details if next years event might concider a trip :wave:

Today we had the Concours d'Elegance in the square at Mdina.

A few things caught my eye, not least of which was this slightly unusual Triumph:

I meant to add this picture of former F.1 driver Rupert Keegan, who is driving in the event this week:

A local man bought this F. Italia Abarth just 2 weeks ago. The nose looked very flexible and was graunching the road surface every few yards:

Having driven on Maltese road surfaces myself, and with the dentist's bill to prove it I'm not surprised - must be brutal in a single seater!
