Don't instantly recognise it but slick tyres make an FF1600 look quite different from "usual or normal"! If it is a Hawke it's model number would be "DL??" as "MP21" is /was a Dulon.Sorry about that: Canada, and I believe it is F1600. I was just told that it is a Hawk MP-21, but I've been unable to locate any other pics of that chassis to confirm.

The following identifies the driver as Ron Fellows in 1982:
Indeed it was Fellows' car... but the driver in the pictures above is a VERY young Paul Tracy.
