I guess I should get some advises from you guys, it looks like there is NO or very small diffuser in 2014!
Newey have been energising diffuser and the rear down force by injecting the exhaust air into or around rear diffuser throughout his carrier. Now from 2014, this exercise looks alike not feasible...
Just like we find coanda and wheel shoulder blowing to seal the air flow around the diffuser, is there any effects which reinstate the effect of rear diffuser evenif there is virtually (no) diffuser....?
From FIA reg it does not look like there is some diffuser, just that they are so small.... or .... am I blind???

I wonder how slow these cars will be. lol.

Actually joking, the DF levels should be similar to 2004 levels under these regs, which is interesting, although given the usual progression its the detail work that gives DF; these cars, especially when designed by newey should be just as fast (BRING BACK THE V10s)

I wonder if they're going to allow for the engines to be run at higher horsepower levels/KERS levels?

Yknow they could blow the rear wing instead, because its been lowered lol. However, I don't think thats possible:

1. The engine package is a lot larger now; little space for exhaust tuning/resonance chambers
2. The turbo will likely de-energise power levels.

It'll be interesting to see if the turbo counts as part of the engine, or the exhaust system?
