What my point is, is that the FIA should try and abide by their own rules a little more frequently.
They have a real tendency more often than not to veer off into selective enforcement regarding a great number of things. Why even have a rule book when it's clear subjectivity can carry the day anyhow?

Well, than it's easy: the stewards didn't deem it important enough to investigate ;-)I prefer to stick with documented facts.
