Well, yes and no. Libeskind has run into this now and then. His design for the Royal Ontario Museum, famously sketched at dinner on the back of a napkin, was unbuildable. Anyone who understands building took one look at it and said it was unbuildable. And sure enough, what finally got built was very different.You can if you're an architect..........just leave it to the Structural Engineer.
