Such a strange argument to have of a total non-issue.

I'll just say that contrary to SpaMaster's view, I think that the fact that Slade is one of the few people to still be around after more than a 15-year-long career means that he's one of the best. You can think whatever you want.

Now, I don't know whose fault it was that some of Kimi's strategies especially in the early part of the season weren't all that great, but no driver has the perfect strategy every time.

Race Strategy- Alan Parmane: Trackside Operations

Strategy Implementation- Slade and Komatso respectively.

Race strategy screwup- whole pitwall must take the blame as a team. So nobody can be really singled out for such things. But Parmane beingthe dept head, must take the majority of it.

I remember him proudly claiming the success of tyrestrategy in Bahrain, "after" Kimi drove a brilliant race to minimize the qualifying screw up. He had a blame tone for Kimi before the podium was scored.

So it can be safely confirmed that AP decides the strategy. It,s not like he's bad at it, but he not great at it either as was obvious during 2012 in China and Barcelona.

In Hungary, he was so clueless and worried about Kimi as he told Autosport+... That he didn't really understand that Raikkonen had his "own" ideas about how a race strategy should be worked out. Kimi actually had to tell them on the radio not to worry and that he was saving his tyres for the push before his pitstop. Imagine that, a driver while driving in the heat of the race knew more than the pitwall with all available data. Crazy.

Abu Dhabi was pure vent by Kimi to be left alone. Maybe Kimi feared they'd screw up again.

Simon unfortunately was at the wrong end lol.
