I didn't see where this machine has been discussed before in this forum, but it looks like an interesting concept.

It is not clear to me what engine it is using; it is claimed to be an aero-engine, but I don't know of such an engine that has got road vehicle emissions and OBD certification. Do you?

I believe that is what is called an oxymoron.

No idea what engine it is, but to get aero certification it needs to be reliable and understressed. It is quoted at 230hp, which suggests something around 470 cu ins (if Continental's 0-470 engines are any guide). Now that would be a BIG engine to power what is essentially a three wheel scooter on the road.
