11 - I can see Caterham sticking around. They seem to have a good work ethic. But $$$'s rule at the end of the day. Only Bernie knows the answer!

Another way of putting the question is: will F1 remain in F1?
The instability is palpable, we have now one race in the end of June, one in the end of July and one in the end of August (Britain, Hungary, Belgium) with nothing in between - a very empty summer.
Red Bull is doing its own thing and does not want to be bothered with budget control.
We all can be the losers in this situation if it continues.

According to Michael Schmidt, AMuS, as many as 5 teams could go bankrupt during this season.
It is the most dire financial situation of the sport so far, and would mean that only six teams survive - less than I even put up in the poll options.
"Two more teams, who were so far thought to be financially secure, are experiencing harder times." Marussia, Caterham, Force India, Sauber and Lotus are the five crisis candidates.
Then there is at the end of the year even McLaren: "McLaren, who are going to be hit hard by disappearance of Vodafone at the end of the year"...(and by their lack of competitiveness - my own perception).
As it looks, the new V6 engines will prove to be financially very difficult and the five aforementioned teams will need to get them much cheaper then so far thought.
Even RBR showed readiness to make amends for the first time - and Jean Todt could save F1 by limiting team budgets to much less than 200 million, otherwise it could mean the end for many teams. He has the chance to do so before June 30th, as long as there is no new Concorde Agreement.

Staying the course, eight teams, which would be just fine with me.
