latest what I read is Sutil and his manager hoping for Sutil to drive in Barcelona.... knowing that their chances will be low if he doesnt

The Sahara groups gimmick is their patriotism, so the only way Chandok or Narain can be in contention for the seat is if Sahara push for it.

If Karthikeyan hasn't peaked, then logically he must still be improving. :drunk:

just when you think the mobile chicane is gone from the grid...though I suppose at least not being in an HRT he might hold people up less, then again maybe not.

I'm sure Sutil would win that one.

Now don't be like that!

I'd like to see them both bringing bags of money for the rides.
After all, Narain's sponsor could be seen to be doing a great public service for the country.

And Adrian?
Well don't forget Vijay paid scant regard to contracts when the lackluster Luizzi was around and they've got that anchor di Resta hanging around their neck.
Cut him loose! Win, win.

Apparently Sutil has had a seat fitting at FI.

Why would he even need one?

The same should apply for DiResta , Kobayashi & Senna , two of them are already out of F1. Glock and Kovalienen would have been out of F1 in 2010 if not for the new teams.
To be fair Karthikeyan was never far from Pdlr times inspite of not participating in practice 1 in most of the GPs.

Except Kobayashi beat PDLR handily.

Not really. As far as I know, Renault was set to hire Glock for 2010. Timo refused and signed with Virgin because he was afraid that Renault would leave F1 soon. (In late 2009 there were a lot of rumours about Renault leaving). This is what I read many times.

 Now that was a bad career move.
