Imho Kimiya Sato should have been champion. He won 5 races and Ghirelli only 3.

Ghirelli won only 2 races, Sato and Karthikeyan 5.
Narain should have been champion, after he switched to supernova he was class of the field.
Also, Narain had 4 poles, Ghirelli 2, Sato 0...
Shame that he didn't drive for supernova from the start...
Ghirelli is really surprising and unexpected champion. I never thought this guy would win something..
2010. - italian f3, 0 points
2010. and 2011. - not a single point in 2 seasons of gp3
2012. formula 3.5 - only 5 points
2013. gp2 - 8 races, 1 point
and then:
2013. auto gp - 2 poles, 11 podiums, 2 wins.... champion.
really...wtf his CV was awful prior to this season...
similar like Regalia in gp3...

Heroic drive from Sato in the last race there. Did everything he could, just didn't come off for him. If only he'd been a little more consistent!

That's true and Karthikeyan had a lot of bad luck that cost him a lot of points early in the season. But Kimiya Sato didn't drive for Super Nova and yet he was in the title fight and was leader in the championship for most of the season.

That wasn't Auto GP, that was Euro 3000
Yes but that was the series what is now Auto GP.
