Spiked tires perhaps? or they leave it until some gravel gets trown on. there is a fee for spiked tires in the capitol. i have no spiked tires. And this hill is steep with speedbumps. There was gravel trown on it but it was largely scrubbed away. And you get no sympathy for puting on latex, spandex or what is when you enjoy it.
You see, thats the problem because you freely choose to do stuff out in the cold you expect.. gains from it.. similar thinking from MC drivers i would guess hence the talk above from others. hence the sarcastic poor you, you got a heater comment.
