I'm surprised it's only now interconnected hydraulics a la the MP4-12C road car are being used. Is it because it only became legal now?
Do they use MR dampers?

Adjustable roll bars are just a mechanical interconnection between L/R suspensions. I don't see why hydrostatic systems that transfer forces from front-to-rear or side-to-side should be banned. Such systems are cheap to install and allow flexibility in suspension set up. As long as the systems are not actively controlled by electronics they present no real issue.

There is nothing cheaper than a lump of steel being the only allowed thing. You could ofc develop it like crazy. But there is a point where the money is better spendt elsewhere.
