Istanbul in and Korea out for me.
Never understood the appeal of Imola, does zilch for me but each to his own!
I can't speak for anyone else, but my attraction to Imola (at least the version used from 1980-1994) was that it was a high speed circuit. There are too many circuits presently that all share similar characteristics with layout as Tilke favors the long straight into a very slow 90 degree corner for the most part. Imola had a lot more fast corners. What I liked was that once you pulled out onto the start/finish straight, it was a flat-out run all the way to Tossa. Imola also had a fantastic atmosphere to it. I miss a lot of the high speed circuits personally (Imola, Hockenheim) and am glad at least Monza and Spa are still on the calendar. I wasn't much of a fan of the 1995-2006 Imola as they look away the main overtaking section, but from what I have seen of sportscars on the renovated circuit, it looks to have restored part of the original idea of Imola.
