Otherwise it's beauty of of a mudpile:
I'm really not that far from Foxhill, yet i think i've only been there once when the Scandanavian Buggy's came over.
Not much of a bikes man.

Agreed. On my brief time working for Sony and attending conferences at Mercedes Benz World I'm amazed that the following is most I ever saw:
Such a shame really.

Nope. Closest circuit: Moscow Raceway. Straight-line distance from where I currently work(and live) is over 1100 km.
You live in Siberia or something?

Pretty much. I live 11 months a year in the CIS countries. I work here. It sucks because I can't attend any Grand Prix.

Worse UK track for me to go and visit is Snetterton. It's such an arse on the roads across and down there. Takes all day. Even Brands is easier from here. (cumbria)

+1.
Many memories of wheels coming off cars and flying over our heads into the car park beyond!
Castle Combe local here too. Presume you are tlaking about parts of Simon Norris Evo!?
These days I dont see a lot of racing on track there, although I am a regular visitor for the action days when you can use your own car on track. Missing the one in a weeks time though sadly:(

Love it! Great work.I've lived about an hour from Laguna Seca for the majority of my life. Been there hundreds of times, starting somewhere in the mid-'60s.

As for myself, I'm approximately in the middle of Dijon, Hockenheim, and Monza. Without checking Hockenheim might be the closest, at least it's the least hassling to get to.

Calder Park would be the closest permanent track at ~30mins (approx. 32kms) but has now closed. Sandown takes about the same time to get to but is a little further away (approx. 40kms). Others nearby are:
- Broadford < 1hr (approx. 80kms)
- Phillip Island ~90mins (approx. 140kms)
- Winton ~2hrs (approx. 210kms)

Did hundreds of laps there in 70's and 80's, loved harrying big V8's through the Sweeper into Tank and then the left / right combo before the back straight where my car would tend to "wander" a bit before the braking duel at The Esses. Have not driven the extended circuit but hope to have a blast later in the year.

Here's a map of our local tracks. The blue circles are for people who gave distances to the circuits themselves (that were large enough to actually show up). I hope I didn't miss anyone out or get any of the coordinates wrong.

Closest and where I spent 13 years racing is 3 Sisters Kart circuit:
Quick question. Do they use the outloop as a circuit? Not a challenging layout, but a fast one that would be quite fun.
