Coverage is actually pretty good thankfully. NBC team doing an increasingly good job for the series.

I'd ask what I missed but I suspect they'll put a highlights segment on at some point.
Filippi battling Rahal, Hinchcliffe and Vautier first to pit, top 8 has been the same all race but closer together now than ever.

Refreshing to actually see a track with grass and graveltraps...
No hay bales, though

In fact, Kimball already has an advantage big enough for one extra stop (in front of RHR that is)
That's something the commentators never seem to mention. In F1 the commentators are always giving us net positions and estimates for where a car would rejoin. The Indycar guys don't give us that info and it makes following races like this harder to follow.

Yeah this is especially true for the ABC guys. This crew at least mentions the different strategies. That's something the commentators never seem to mention. In F1 the commentators are always giving us net positions and estimates for where a car would rejoin. The Indycar guys don't give us that info and it makes following races like this harder to follow.
I think the interesting thing to watch now will be Kimball's pace on blacks, but frankly I don't think it matters as when others go back to reds, he'll pit soon as well without losing the lead. This race might end up being between him and Pagenaud

OK it's slightly worrying that Indycar is apparently on a par with the Premier League in terms of popularity in the USA, and I suspect football (soccer) isn't all that popular.
And you'd be wrong..
Football is the fastest growing sport in America.

So now we will soon see the networks do what they can to make unwatchable as well I guess.

I'm kinda worried their headline match is "Liverpool v Stoke". Hardly Clash of Titans is it? (And I'm a Stoke fan...)

btw soccer-football as a participant sport is very popular in America, as a spectator league not so much.
Though Indycar vs Premiership ratings battle might be amusing.

Do we have a contingency plan for Kimball winning a race on merit?
I'm going to have a large sugary drink to celebrate
