I'm curious to know who this is - any ideas? It's either at the TT or MGP.
Thanks!

It's the same bloke in this photo (post #8469) who was identified as either Jeff Crookbain or Chris Bladon. I can find no record of Crookbain racing in the Island so I don't think it's him and Chris' Seeley had an all blue fairing.

I'm not sure it's him, I only recall his bike having an all blue fairing.

A similar helmet design - rekon it probably is. Having said that Peter Gibson's early seventies Seeley had a blue and white fairing.....

The guy in Dennis's(Renzo) picture @ Brands is def the same as in Barry's Island shot, for those you 'still' on FB I think he was on there?

Although at first glance it looks a bit like a Coleshill bike (ie. Brian Coleshill, former sponsor of Alan Barnett amongst others on Seeleys), other photos in the series suggest it was taken at a MGP in the seventies. The TT Database shows Chris Bladon entered in the Manx GP on a Seeley in '74, '75 and '76.
So Robin - I reckon you have nailed it  !

Came across this picture in an old magazine.  From the 1984 Classic Manx.  No.77 Chris Bladon 350 Aermacchi, No.40 Frank Higginson 500 Triumph and No.65 Richard Fitzsimmons 250 Suzuki.

This seems to be him on the same Seeley at Brands in Dennis Rapley's shot.   Ron Mellor in the white leathers ? Brian Flack second row with the red white helmet? Whoops, think this is the shot Robin referred to.
