So what do we aim at then?
500 and the trucks race?
500 and the shootout?
Posted 16 November 2013 - 23:17

dillion getting better :-(

Whatever you think is smartest. I can't handle the pressure of decisions like that.

Mind games mode, activated.
Actually, the NNS title run has been on the edge now. I wonder if anyone will crack?
Posted 16 November 2013 - 23:42

did the spotter say babe to parker? :-)
Posted 16 November 2013 - 23:44

Listening to the nns race while detailing the mazdaspeed. Sounds like a thriller!
Been decent. No HOLY ****! moments yet but lots of action.

Btw, I figured out a perfect solution to the cup driver issue in nns and craftsman. I'll explain later.
Does it involve Kyle Busch and cannon aimed at the sun?

Larson leads the most laps and Hornish loses the title by 1 point.

OR MAYBE NOT!

WE FIRE NOW!

Race becoming a bit wacky now, someone may be caught out by someone.
Posted 17 November 2013 - 00:13
there may not be enough midfield cars left to be a factor in a clean race
Posted 17 November 2013 - 00:23
should have been a red flag, caution was way too long
edit: this is really silly, it helps dillon so much

Posted 17 November 2013 - 00:40
what did Sam say?

Something along the lines of "we ride together, we die together, bad boys for life."

Posted 17 November 2013 - 01:03
To be fair, Sam did much better than I hoped for this race, but it was all gone for him the moment they extended that caution 3 times. No conspiracy there I think, just poor stewarting.
But in the long run it was Sam's fault he lost the champiuonship, mistakes on pitroad and too dependant on car form. ESPN hinted tonight that Hornish may not stay at Penske and to be honest I would not be surprised if he is dropped. They built a whole team around him this year and still failed. Maybe he should have taken that Ganassi offer and gone back to Indycar.

Is he in the frame to replace Franchitti?

Well, to be fair to Sam, there were also times this year where it seemed like Penske was more concerned with the Cup driver in the 22 than doing what they could to keep Sam in his title chase.

He was contacted but rejected any potential negotiations; said he is done with IndyCar.

This has been known since September. Penske is moving Sam's sponsorship to other teams.

I feel bad for Parker Kligerman, he is clearly talented. If Kyle decided to stop himself from running in the series that would be a much happier story.

It's a running joke in these threads. I don't hate Kyle. I hate him and Keslolski and any Cup driver ruining Nationwide.
Don't take anything in a NASCAR thread seriously.

I know.
But when does a running joke become offensive?
Just sayin.......unless its Rob Ford!

It's not Logano's fault or Brad's that Sam wasn't up to the job. I my mv view Penske actually put a lot of effort in keeping Sam on top, more than they did at cup level. Brad really only picked up the wheel of the 22 when it was clear Sam had lost momentum.

I also wonder if Kyle got an STD would he be thereafter known as Burning Busch?

Since it was the 'murican GP I was all set to talk like Foghorn Leghorn during the race and absolutely nothing happened that he would've found interesting. Ah say ah say that race was as sharp as a bag of wet mice.
