So, not Grand Prix related, but I still try my luck here.

I have a very close friend racing in the Michelin Clio Cup series in the UK, and have planned to travel from Norway to watch the race weekend at Brands Hatch in July.
I had sorta hoped to merge the racing weekend with a holiday-trip to London as well, as Brands isn't too far away. However, I'm unsure of the chances I have to get both to the track, and back to London again.

So, I wonder if anyone here have any smart tip on what to do, or maybe even where to stay :)

How long will you be in the UK for, and how long are you wanting to be at the track?

The plan is - depending on him getting the budget together for a full season - to arrive the 25th and leave the 28th. Maybe get to UK the 24th, but that's depending on when I get my summer vacation!

I suppose it depends how many days do you want at the track. If you want both days you can always get the train from London (Victoria or Blackfriars) to Swanley on the 26th (and then get a taxi to the track) and stay in a hotel near to the track overnight (there are links to nearby hotels on the Brands Hatch website) and then get the train back to London after the racing on the 27th. Then you can stay in London for the remainder of your trip. I will link a site for train times and Brands Hatch accommodation in case it helps.
