Made me curious enough to do a little searching, although I found nothing that suggests Timo has anything to do with Glock. Glock Firearms is in Austria, and everything I found says that Timo is from Germany

No he isn't. Apparently he got pulled aside by customs at an airport not to look through his bags but to talk about firearms with him. He had to politely tell them that he is not related to them, they are Austrian and he is German.

I will vote no as well. Gaston Glock the arms maker has three adult children, none named Timo and none having children named Timo. Timo's dad is named Karl.

Gaston Glock is an interesting personality... something close to a real-life Bond villain type. Lives in a custom-built seafront home with high-tech gadgets remotely operated from basement control center... multi-rated pilot, flies his own Citation jets... secretive, paranoid... corporate structure is intricately elaborate...worth billions, but nobody knows just how many.... once fought off an attack by a professional hitman hired by his former business partner (Charles Ewart, an interesting character himself) despite losing a quart of blood...beat man into submission and held for police... Brilliant engineer and inventor...launched his company (previously made plastic curtain hooks) into worldwide sidearm leader by successfully bidding a pistol contract with Austrian govt... test fired his prototypes left-handed so in case of a malfunction he could keep designing with his right hand...

For what it's worth I know Timo is no relation to the Glock firearm company because he told me.

It's what the Jordan boys called him when he raced for them a few years back. Eddie Jordan being Irish and all.

His father owns a construction company and he actually worked there and was set to take over, but he started racing - quite late ...
