Mosley story - when will Autosport mention it?

Ok, I understand that Autosport has a high threshold of establishing the truth in a story before printing it, but, given that IF the NOTW story is true, it ranks amongst the most significant stories in F1 and motorsport, and that is itself perhaps worthy of at least a mention..

Clearly Haymarket wish to ensure that they do not print anything litigious, but a story that runs "A British Sunday newspaper has made serious allegations against Max Mosley", without mentioning the nature of the alleged misdemeanours, or suggesting that they have any truth in them, would not be at the remote risk of libel.

Whilst I do not wish, or expect, for every half-arsed tabloid scanadal allegation to be given the oxygen of additional publicity, this story is SO big, that even if not true, reporting that a newspaper has made the allegation is worthy of at least a brief entry on the news page.

At what point will Austosport mention it - at the point Mosley responds (if he does), or simply once your lawyers have given the OK?

The answer to the question in the thread title is simple - when he has been booted out because of this scandal since he won't be able to remove Autosport's passes then.

Ah well, at least Autosport acknowledge the existence of the story.
