Seems to be correct. I found this...

PAUL RICARD F1 COURSE
The attention to detail is stunning. A wide-
open perfectly smooth circuit with every
type of corner you can take for granted. The
3-level pit garages and huge run-offs with
multi-coloured, abrasive surfaces that stop
the car dead may well surprise. But the
surrounding grass imported from Biggin Hill
(in just the correct shade) will surely
bemuse. Along with the notices to keep off
it.

He owns the west camp of the airport. Why? Obviously because he is so small that he feels the need to control something BIGgin. :)

Part of his racing car collection has been stored there for many years - presumably he's now purchased the freehold.

Bernie's FOM TV enterprise is also based at Biggin Hill and it is from here his TV personnel come and go from en route to the European races. FOM head office is in London however, near Knightsbridge.
