Just saw this on the F1 homepage and can honestly say they are the coolest looking racing cars I have ever seen and they are back at Hockenheim 08 as an F1 support race!
Its a shame it wont involve current F1 drivers but should be great and hopefully it gets broadcast somewhere.
Makes porsche supercup look like BTCC if you ask me

But only 10 cars at the Hock, that will certainly not be more than a little parade

Would you really expect any other drivers than current F1 BMW drivers to be allowed to touch that car?

If it was fully modernised with say, the cars being the new M3, and current F1 drivers racing them it would be great, but no- (as far as I'm aware), we get the usual ex-F1 drivers that have done this kind of thing so often before and some will be prepared more than others, so to be honest I couldn't care less who won.
I'd love to see a couple of F1 support races with some current F1 drivers doing it, in modern saloon race cars. That would be awsome.
