Something is not right about the picture in this article.

Go and hold up a big plasti-card sheet with one hand in the centre of the bottom.

That's how I'd do it.

Are you suggesting that is one of Ron's fantasies?

Fook me! Nothing like a 2 finger salute. What? Winston Churchill did it!

The first thing that I noticed what the very prominent 22.

That's not a number for McLaren to be proud of. Who made that picture?

Ferrari ran a #28 once. And Valentino Rossi races as #46. How dare they have such high numbers. :)

I have edited the thread title so that it has Hamilton clearly in it.

If you don't want to read threads about Hamilton, please avoid them. If you read one and don't wish to respond, leave it alone, please don't post negative comments in the thread.

If a thread offends you please report it to hosts in the usual way.

Thank you.

Motorsport News has the same photo, only edited and missing the fingers. It wasn't intentional, but it does look dubious and funny all the same!

Or is it perhaps the Autosport photo is the photoshoped version?

If you really are upset about this photo, nobody is giving Ham the fingers. Someone (a gridgirl, me thinks) holds up the board 22 behind him. I think it's a girl, because she has to spread her fingers to hold the weight. A man would have used the pressure between the palm of his hand and the fingers.

Case closed....

This is the problem with this forum. Some people here are such nutters, that you can never figure out if they're joking or really serious. And if they're joking, it usually fails at being funny anyway.

Haha only with F1 could an amazingly ill timed piece of candid photography be scientifically analyzed. I love it.

Some of you should be ashamed for not being able to enjoy the lighter side of life.
