Kralovske Hradets: 1930s 'round-the-houses' circuit?

From 'Circuit Dust' by Barre Lyndon (John Miles, 1934), Chapter 7:

The success of the Grand Prix de Monaco was such that it received flattering imitation. The towns of Nimes, Nice, and Pau organized similar events, the Grand Prix de Lwow was run "round-the-houses" of the Polish town, while even Czechoslovakia organized a race of the same type through a town known as Kralovske Hradets, some sixty miles from Prague.

Does anyone have any information regarding this Czechoslovakian race? Kralovske Hradets may also be known as Hradec Kralove or Kralovehradecky.

Based on info from Hans Etzrodt and others:

July 6th 1933 Hradec
A small street race now took place in the centre of the Czech town of Hradec, where a tight 1.77 km course was laid out. The leading Czech drivers were joined by at least one Pole in the shape of Mme Kozmianowa with her Bugatti 37A, but she elected to run in the 1500cc sports car class, finishing 2nd to Florian Schmidt's similar car. The sports class was run over 20 laps, while the racing cars had to cover 30. The 1500cc racing car class fell to Bruno Sojka's well-sorted Bugatti 37A – probably the reason Schmidt and Kozmianowa elected to run in the sports car section!

There was a fatal accident in practice, when a driver called "?heimer" crashed, killing two spectators. In German sources, the town is called Königgrätz.

About accidents in practice:

In first accident crashed Otto Theimer (Bugatti) from Prague. His car killed two persons: soldier on duty - Wenzel Stepan and worker from Hradec Kralove - Alois Kricensky.
In second accident was light wounded driver Zizka.
