Bill Hemming has opened a museum in Moorabbin to honour Garrie Cooper, founder of Elfin motorsports. It has 24 running examples and boardroom/kitchen facilities for clubs.
Open on the first Saturday of the month 10-4 each day, can call and make an appointment and he'll gladly open it up (Bill is there most days between 2-5).

It is such a pity this did not happen here in Adelaide. I live a couple of streets away from the old Elfin factory at Edwardstown. The building is still there, a crash shop these days but not much different from its former days though Garrys 'temporary' office has gone.
But at least the memorys and equipment seems to have a safe home.
