Yes, you read it correctly, the drivers championship.

With the progression we have seen since Melbourne, and the diffuser question to be answered in under a fortnight, it looks as though Ferrari, BMW, Red Bull and possibly McLaren may well leap ahead of the Brawns, Williams and Toyotas by the early stages of the European season. No matter how the verdict falls these teams will gain some pace, but if the DD diffuser is banned the shift could even happen by the third race of the season.

From what I understand, BMW is furthest along in designing their concept of the floor/diffuser, followed by McLaren with Ferrari and more so Red Bull lagging behind.

Thoughts on the world championship and possible shift of power over the season?
