It should be a very interesting race.
Kovalainen and Piquet would stop on Lap 32 or so, and might be able to go for a 1-stopper after all.

Not sure about that with his fuel load.

The race will start behind the safety car. It will negate Hamilton's KERS.Originally posted by stevewf1
A safety car "start"?
Vettel is sitting pretty.
Full wets or inters, guys?

It plays right into Button and Barrichello's hands because they are stopping later, and could have a wider window to choose their tyres if the weather changes.Originally posted by Clatter
Not sure about that with his fuel load.
Doing a couple of laps behind the safety car on economy-mode could see Vettel pitting on Lap 15-16.

Full wets for me. SC start is bad for the front 3 IMO, especially FA, buring up their small fuel loads but making no time on the others. LH can still use his kers on the back straight, where he intended to IMO.

Brawn doesn't have a lot of experience in the wet. Bit of an unknown

Although we don't know yet what the Brawn is like in the wet.

It's not even raining that hard.
Ridiculous.
Williams cars don't want to start? Man, these guys are chickens. Just get on with it, there is always some risk in the rain.

There is lots of standing water in the rain since the dawn of time, and it never stopped them before. Its nothing new. Whiiting is a damn idiot. They just might spend half the race like this. The guy is as stupid as mosley.
