McQueen and Hamilton are a universe apart.

One is rough-hewn, charismatic, attractive and mysterious, while the other is no more than a squeaky clean, corporate automaton with all the charm of a dead mullet.

I found it hard to form any significant opinion on Hamilton, what with being brought through the manufactured process of the corporate ranks of McLaren, having one of the best cars out there, and having an inordinate amount of not just skill, but luck....now, this season, without the best car out there, his in-car footage, from Melbourne onwards, has revealed that the bloke can drive like few others, and is brave as hell ! Hats off, Lewis.

LeMans is on tonight at 10:30 EST on HDNet Movie channel, part of the Verizon HD digital package that I subscribe to. Thought it may be of interest to you and the others.
