Carlos Ruesch ???

Jimmy Fuller of Antigua, North Dakota short circuit Guyana 1972. Track record only very recently beaten by a modern car. Believed to be a Brabham BT28 updated to BT35 spec but may be BT35 (and was described as such in contemporary magazine reports of later races in Barbados). Vegantune Twincam engine, later a BDA following sale of car.
Note: the official history of Guyana - formerly British Guiana - motorsport on the Guyana Motorsports Club website incorrectly records the car as an F3 BT38 (a model J.Fuller actually used in UK F3 in 1973) and captions the photo 1973 (it is 1972).
