some light blue as the dominant colour with some white/red would be nice - we already got white and white/red cars. i just hope there wont be huuughe stars and stripes allover the car (which imo would be kinda strange if the driver is non-US)
I for one am almost hoping that the United State Flag is not the primary graphic on the car. McLaren, Brawn, Ferrari do not drive Union Jacks or the Italian Flag so I hope the Stars and Stripes are not beat to death, which is what I fear.
If YouTube is the primary sponsor the car may be predominantly white with the Red "Tube" on the side pod. It would look similiar to the old Penske Indy cars, which even casual fans could mistake as the Penske cars, but would be similiar to the current Toyota livery.
The thing is with USF1, the cars are built here, tested in Europe and raced everywhere, except North America. It wont matter what the damn thing looks like no Americans see the races. TV is one thing, but, in conspiracy theory America, seeing is believing.
A Home GP is vital to the teams success and without it, USF1 will morph like the power rangers ala minardi, prost, ligier, Jordan, and the team "made in America, doesnt race in America, will be a blip on the radar.

Personally, I can see the car being blue on one side and red on the other - although I'd prefer something a little more moody, like scarlet and purple; bright colours don't work on the cars for some reason - with a white streak down the nosecone. A lot like this.

This is closer to the inspiration than that other crap you've posted. And I'm not just talking about the livery.

What else are you talking about then?I think you'll all be surprised by the lack of flags, stars, stripes, eagles, etc.

You guys should apply for a job with the team if you have livery ideas. I believe another member here has worked with Champ Car teams strictly on liveries.

Ross S. did a livery for a CC team a few years ago.

So much for bringing new sponsors into the sport, just going to poach them from BMW, Williams and McLaren!
As for the job, I'd apply for it if only my degree wasn't the sub-standard European type.

It's pretty funny how two guys failed the initial job application challenge by not submitting their CV via the hotlink labeled HERE.....

Oh, I think it's funnier that they applied for jobs to a satire site. Apparently they didn't notice the "We’re coming to **** UP YOUR ****!" plastered across the top of the page.

XZibit is the chief mechanic?Where are the cupholders and the built in flatscreen TVs for watching DVDs and playing video games?
I think the best one is the red on one side, blue on the other and white in the middle, the outrage at people calling it the French flag would be hilarious.

Not content to be caught off guard with the rain, Kimi pushed and achieved something no one else ever has: To be caught off guard by the dry. Let’s all give Kimi a round of applause.
We’ve put a suggestion in to the FIA to replace the current flag systems with flags of different countries. The US Flag will replace the checkered flag obviously, symbolic for a job finished and well done. The EU flag will replace the red flag, symbolic for giving up and being pussies and the Iraq flag will replace the blue flag, symbolic for being taken over. Iran’s flag will soon take over the Oil Hazard flag, but that’s a few years down the line. One step at a time.

So this brand new team will steal Hilton from McLaren and AT&T from Williams. Then Intel, who stopped sponsoring BMW-Sauber this year. Then there's Coke who have never shown the slightest interest in F1 sponsorship. Delta airlines? Then Citibank? With French fuel sponsorship?
I like the graphic, but I really doubt it.

Yeh, Citibank. The custodians of the biggest write down in corporate banking history. Yeh right.
