David Helmick and John Graves

Hi my names Erich Helmick, i am the son of Dr. David Helmick and the God son of John Graves. ive been looking to get into racing like my father for some years now and havent had much luck. My dad has been retired for years and hasnt been able to help me much so im looking for some guidence. maybe a helping hand. My dad was such an insperation to me and i want to follow in his footsteps but i cant seem to catch a break. Im a full time mechanic (the only one) at my local performance shop so my free time is sparce. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. All in all my passion has always been cars and racing. looking for that next step.
