Model helmets

I've always been a fan of replica and model helmets, especially half scale.
Now, I was wondering, does anyone out there know if S.P.O.R.T.S models made half scale helmets of Nick Heidfeld and Felipe Massa at Sauber in 2002?
I'm sure I saw them somewhere but can't find any trace which makes me think they're super rare.

Welcome to this section! Yes diecast models rule!!!
Minichamps made the Massa in 1/2 scale and they are selling for normal prices on eBay and can be found in shops too if you search with Google.
Are you sure the 1/2 Heidfeld is out yet? I don't know, but found this website:

Some 1/2 helmets are indeed very rare and go for huge bucks on auction sites.

I've had a really good shop around and come to the conclusion that the Heidfeld lid must have never reached production.
If anyone has one in good condition let me know.
