Being left-handed myself, this interests me. (Why??)

I know, not very exciting. But maybe I'm just trying to find something that some of you guys DON'T know!

It's quicker when you're lining up the Karussell? Better over Brunchen?

Umm, I'm not so sure I follow you. I don't think that being left-handed gives a driver any advantage or disadvantage, I'd just like to know what drivers were/are left-handed. Or am I totally missing the point. --prolly the latter :)

Well, Ayrton Senna of course! And Elio de Angelis if I remember right.
There must be several more.

Ayrton Senna indeed was left-handed. Paul Tracy is also left-handed.....

Archie Scott-Brown was virtually one handed - can't remember whether it was his left hand he drove with or not. Stefano Modena, I'm sure, was left handed. I also can't remember whether Alex Wurz is as well.

Stefano Modena, the most superstitious of all? Surely a tough fate...

And yes, it was Archie's right arm that was disfigured.

Where is this leading? Are beheaded drivers next?

Hope not, Dennis, we've already had one picture in the last week. Nasty!
One-eyed, also, was the subject of another thread in the past week or two, and if you put 'monocular' into search you'll surely find that. Jim Palmer, the NZ Champion of the early to mid sixties got a mention.

Remember when you and what's his name used to go at it? Seems like years ago.

You want some emails from Art (Gunner)?... he sent me some nice ones with pictures of him, his wife, his Harley etc after he got banned. It's just gone a year, Dennis, and thanks for the introduction.
As for the drinks, the spirit of the invitation is welcome, and if I can get these two stories accepted by a major American mag I'll pay you a visit.
Otherwise, try and make it for the Warwick Farm do in April, and bring Don with you. Love to get the two of you in a corner with Barry, and throw in Mike.. what a conversation!

We need to overturn his ban. There must be a statue of limitations? If theMot can post then anyone should be able to.
