hello

looking for info about 1931 polish grand-prix moto rider named stiglitch or something like that .
i think he also was the 1933 polish champion, but dont know the right name.

Not sure who you are thinking of there. The 1931 Polish Grand Prix was held on a 27 km circuit near Katowice on Sunday 28 June, 1931. The class winners were:

250cc: Malicki (Poland / Ariel)
350cc: Ernst (Germany / AJS)
500cc: "Oilter" (Switzerland / Motosacoche)

On Monday there was a special race for the riders who did not finish the main event the day before, won by Schneeweiß (Austria / Rudge), as well as a sidecar race, won by Möritz (Germany / Victoria).

This rider - Igo Stieglitz - club Makkabi Kraków.

I have not heard about the Polish motorbike championship in 1933, except dirt track championship (Stieglitz was not champion).
